What exactly is Veynota — and who is Veyn?
Veynota is the product and cloud platform. Veyn is the friendly name for the voice-first AI experience you interact with.
Do I need an OpenAI account or API key?
No. Customers use Veynota through Veynota Cloud. Your OpenAI API key is never required or exposed.
Can I customize Veyn’s voice?
Yes. The working Veynota Voice app now lets you choose a supported GPT‑Live voice before starting a new session.
What is a Veynota Credit?
One credit equals one minute of live AI voice. Free Beta includes 15 credits per month and usage is metered down to the second.
What happens when credits run out?
New live voice sessions stop until credits are available again. Credit packs and subscription checkout are built and will be enabled after Veynota Stripe testing is complete.
Is the hardware available now?
Not yet. Veynota One is in active prototype development. The browser and Veynota Cloud experience are available now for Free Beta testing.
Can I use Veynota for business?
Yes for current capabilities such as memory, supplier context, reminders, and live AI questions. Shared organization controls and deeper CRM/calendar integrations are roadmap work.
Can I use more than one device?
Free Beta supports one active device. Veynota Cloud already has multi-device identity foundations; higher plan and tester limits can support additional endpoints.
Is my memory under my control?
Current prototypes support memory search, editing, and deletion. Broader account export, retention, and deletion controls are part of production hardening.
