1. No preorders are open today
This page does not create an offer to sell. The preorder button remains disabled until Veynota completes its launch-readiness gates.
2. Currency and price
Veynota One planning prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD): a $169 USD founder/preorder target and a $229 USD planned MSRP. Final launch pricing will be shown before checkout.
3. What checkout must disclose
Before a customer pays, checkout must clearly show the product, quantity, currency, taxes, shipping/handling charges, estimated delivery timing, cancellation rules and any material limitations.
4. Order confirmation
When preorders open, Veynota will provide a durable order confirmation containing the material terms of the transaction and an order identifier.
5. Estimated shipping
A preorder is for a product that may still be in production. Any shipping date shown must be presented as an estimate unless explicitly stated as guaranteed. Material delays will be communicated.
6. Cancellation before shipment
The proposed launch policy is to allow cancellation of an unshipped preorder for a refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment reversals and law. The final policy will be published before checkout opens.
7. Changes to hardware
Minor design or component changes may occur during production, but Veynota should not substitute a materially different product without clearly informing affected customers and providing required remedies.
8. Not crowdfunding or an investment
A Veynota One preorder will be a consumer purchase, not equity, debt, a security or an investment in Veynota.
9. Legal rights
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights. Veynota will adapt the final checkout and terms to the markets in which it sells.
