1. Warranty not active yet
Veynota One hardware checkout is not open. Final warranty duration and service terms depend on the approved production design, supplier warranty and target markets.
2. Proposed coverage
The planned warranty will cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a clearly stated period beginning from delivery.
3. Proposed remedies
Depending on the issue and applicable law, Veynota may repair, replace or refund an eligible defective device.
4. Typical exclusions
The final warranty may exclude misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, accident, liquid damage outside published ratings, improper power sources and normal cosmetic wear, subject to applicable law.
5. Batteries and consumable performance
Battery capacity naturally declines over time. Any battery-specific threshold or coverage will be stated explicitly before hardware sales open.
6. Non-waivable rights
The limited warranty will operate in addition to consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
